3. Withdrawals exceeding ৳20,000 may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

• If an attempt is made to harass or harm another user.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.

Whether a balance is returned upon account closure depends on the circumstances. If the closure is due to fraud, all balances will be forfeited.

You may also request to close your account at any time. The account will be closed once all pending withdrawals have been processed.

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
